Red Cross Swim Preschool is an eight-level stand-alone program for four-month to six-year-old children that allows simmers to enter various levels based on age and ability.
Red Cross Swim Kids is a 10-level stand-alone program for five to fourteen-year-olds. Children learn to swim, be fit, and stay safe in a fun environment that promotes achieving a personal best and celebrates personal success.
Has your child passed the Red Cross Swim Kids program and is looking to continue with advanced courses or are you looking for something different to try this session? Check out our Child and Youth specialty programs to help keep your child active in the water.
Are you looking to learn how to swim as an adult and not too sure where to start, or are you looking to advance your training in the Aquatic field? Check out our Adult and Teen programs to meet your aquatic needs.
Individualized lessons are for those with physical or mental challenges. Special Needs lessons are a one-on-one set of lessons. The instructor works with both the child and parent/guardian. Call the Aqua-Fit at 780-929-7946 and ask to speak with a Head Guard if you have any questions.
Always at least one lane open for lane swimming.
Although we run lessons and rent out our pool space, when the aquatic area is open, we always have at least one lane open for lane swimming. Note that with last minute rentals allowed, with the variety of aquatic programming, and with the Aqua-Fit being a spontaneous use facility we cannot always accommodate one lane per guest.
