TOWN OF BEAUMONTNOTICE OF NON-STATUTORY PUBLIC HEARINGFOREST HEIGHT OUTLINE PLAN AMENDMENT
The Council of the Town of Beaumont is holding a non-statutory Public Hearing on the proposed Forest Heights Outline Plan amendment, which is being developed by Forest Heights Developments Beaumont Ltd. The Outline Plan provides a land use and servicing framework for future land development. Forest Heights is located south of 50 Avenue and north of Triomphe Estates. For more information about the proposed Outline Plan amendment contact the Manager, Legislative Services between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Town of Beaumont Administration Office. The non-statutory Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Town of Beaumont Administration Office located at 5600 - 49 Street, Beaumont AB.
Procedure at the Public Hearing:
1. Presentation of the purpose and effect of the proposed Outline Plan amendment.
2. Council will hear:
a) any person or group of persons acting on his or their behalf who claim to be affected by the proposed Outline Plan amendment.
b) any other person who wishes to make a presentation and whom the Council agrees to hear.
All written submissions received by the Manager, Legislative Services of the Town of Beaumont before noon on July 25, 2017 will be recognized prior to any oral submissions.
