Children's Programs

Talk Club

A program offered in the schools in conjunction with the School Counselor or the Family School Liaison Worker that explores a range of feelings relating to family changes and transitions.

Home Alone

Pre-teens learn basic skills to feel safe and confident while home alone. Class is offered on various PD days throughout the school year.

Beautiful From the Inside Out

This workshop is designed to help pre-teen girls uncover their best qualities and personality traits. Participants learn about self esteem, body image and confidence through discussion and engaging activities.

Boys & Girls Groups

A structured support group for boys and girls from 9-18 years, that introduces resiliency practices and skills. Helpful tools are provided to increase positive connection, personal and collective strengths, and competence in boys and girls.

We also host and collaborate with other agencies to put on various parenting, emotional and financial workshops and presentations
