As snow continues to accumulate and windrows are formed on the side of roads, we begin to remove snow in a priority sequence.
There are four (4) grouped service level priorities and a total of seven (7) total service level priorities for snow removal:

Snow removal may occur on any street, road or lane at any time if the street becomes impassable for emergency response vehicles. Snowpack is measured from the center of residential roads.
