Learn to Skateboard With Rumor Boardshop!
No longer be the one watching your friends skate, but the one doing it too! Skate boarding is a great way to get active and learn a new skill. It's fun, high energy and has great benefits for increasing your stamina and balance. That's why we have teamed up with Rumor Boardshop to host a skate boarding workshop at the Beaumont Lions Skatepark!
Spots Available: 20 Limited Spots
Ages: 5+
When: July 7 and 8 (Thursday - Friday)
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Things You Need:
- Every skater needs a board. Make sure you have one ready to go. Rumor Boardshop has a ton of options for all skill levels!
- Make sure you protect yourself with a good helmet. For additional protection, knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards are always encouraged.
- Staying hydrated is as important as shredding the skatepark. Make sure you bring a water bottle.
- Snacks, snacks, snacks. You can never have enough to keep that energy level up.
