The City of Beaumont is hosting two online presentations to share details of the draft Area Structure Plan for the Beaumont Innovation Park [pdf]. The Alberta Motor Transport Association will also be present to provide details of their plans to build a transportation and law enforcement training campus on the site.

The City of Beaumont is developing plans for an Innovation Park on the land south of Highway 625, between Highway 814 and Range Road 241. An Area Structure Plan (ASP) will guide how the land will be used and serviced by utilities, including the transportation network. The plan area lands are designated for a future local employment area in Our Complete Community: Municipal Development Plan (MDP).
