CITY OF BEAUMONTNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGCOUNCIL RESOLUTION
Pursuant to Council Policy #6, the Council of the City of Beaumont has directed Administration to advertise a Public Hearing for a Development Permit in the Direct Control District 004 located at Plan 862 1006, Lot 1 (50569 Range Road 244) that if approved would allow the continued use of a secondary suite located in the accessory building (garage). All permit applications for this Direct Control District must be decided by City Council. Council decisions are not appealable to the Subdivision Development Appeal Board. The Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Beaumont Administration Office located at 5600 - 49 Street in the City of Beaumont.
Procedure at the Public Hearing:
Presentation of the purpose and effect of the proposed Development Permit.
Council will hear:
any person or group of persons acting on their behalf who claim to be affected by the proposed Bylaw;
any other person who wishes to make a presentation and whom the Council agrees to hear.
All written submissions received by the Supervisor, Legislative Services of the City of Beaumont on or before noon on March 12, 2019 will be recognized prior to any oral submissions.
