After clarifying the Alberta government’s health requirements this week, the city will open the Four Seasons spray park for the season starting Friday, June 19.
Spray park equipment is not required to be sanitized, so please follow Alberta health guidelines such as physical distancing and proper personal hygiene. Please stay home if you are sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19.
Other city facilities and services will also re-open in the coming days and weeks:
- Summer camp registration opens Friday, June 19
- Outdoor field bookings for organized sports opens Monday, June 22
- Arena pad (no ice) bookings open Monday, June 22 for use starting July 6
- City Hall will be open by appointment only starting July 6
Further openings may occur as we put proper health measures and plans in place to protect the public and our employees, and as provincial health orders allow.
A full list of outdoor recreational activities now open to the public, along with health requirements and recommended measures, is available on the City of Beaumont’s website. Further guidance for outdoor activities for the public is also available on the Government of Alberta’s website.
