The BSRC re-opens March 8th

The Beaumont Sport and Recreation will re-open this Monday, March 8th for low-intensity activities, household rentals and one-on-one training. The building will only be open to those who have pre-booked time slots or signed up for classes. Booking will be available beginning tomorrow at 9 a.m. online at clickit.beaumont.ab.ca

Low-intensity fitness includes activities not focused specifically on cardio that have a low depth and rate of respiration. Examples include barre, pilates, stretching, tai-chi, low-intensity yoga (e.g. hatha, yin), light weightlifting, indoor rock climbing.

The following services will be available

  • Registered low-intensity group fitness classes (March 8 – 28). To sign up for a class, please visit clickit.beaumont.ab.ca starting at 9 a.m. tomorrow.
  • Low-intensity fitness activity in the Fitness Centre and on the track (Walking only). To book a time slot at the track or Fitness Centre, please visit clickit.beaumont.ab.ca starting at 9 a.m. tomorrow.
  • One-on-one training rentals (Arena, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Field House). For these bookings call Guest Services at 780-929-7946 starting tomorrow at 9 a.m.
  • Household rentals and youth (18 and under) group physical activities rentals (Arena, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Field House) For these bookings call Guest Services at 780-929-7946.
  • School rentals including Homeschool for educational purposes (Arena, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, and Field House). For these bookings call our Booking Clerk at 780-929-2563.
