Fire advisory in effect for the City of Beaumont

Effective June 25, 2021, a Fire Advisory is in effect for The City of Beaumont.  This advisory is a result increased temperatures, and reduced levels of moisture.

Under this advisory:

  • All existing fire permits remain valid.
  • Use of approved backyard fire pits on residential property is permitted.
  • Use of approved fire pits, barbeque structures, and outdoor fireplaces on residential property and in parks and campgrounds is permitted.

No new fire permits will be issued or renewed until further notice.

Any changes to this fire advisory will be announced on the Alberta Fire Ban and City of Beaumont website and social media.
