[ARCHIVED] Bylaw 882-17 Coloniale Estates 17A - Second and Third Reading


TOWN OF BEAUMONT

COLONIALE ESTATES PHASE 17A

BYLAW NUMBER 882-17


 The Council of the Town of Beaumont has given First Reading to Bylaw Number 882-17, that if passed would allow development to proceed in Phase 17A in the Coloniale Estates neighbourhood.  Coloniale Estates Phase 17A is being developed by A.R.W. Development Corporation and is the southward extension of Promenade Boulevard, located east of 42 Street towards 55 Avenue

The Land Use Bylaw currently designates this area for Phase 17A as AR–Agriculture Reserve, which is a holding district until such time as development is proposed.  To accommodate Phase 17A the area will be redistricted as shown on the Redistricting Map.

Bylaw 882-17 will be presented to Council for Second and Third Reading on May 9, 2017.
