For the week of October 3 through October 9, 2022, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 63 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included 911 Act offences, abandoned vehicle, animal call, Assistance to non-RCMP agency, assistance to general public, disturbing the peace, false alarms, Fire Prevention Act, fraud greater and less than $5,000, information file, item lost/found, Mental Health Act, mischief-damage to property and obstruct enjoyment, moving traffic – speeding and intersection related, other moving and non-moving traffic, other theft under $5,000, missing person, roadside suspension, sexual assault, suspicious-person/vehicle, theft of bicycle, theft of SUV, theft under $5,000 and traffic collisions.
The Beaumont RCMP conducted 39 traffic stops, resulting in one charge and seven warnings under the Traffic Safety Act.
