Property owners asked to anticipate arrival of assessment notices

February 7, 2024

Beaumont, AB – Property owners are asked to watch for a property assessment notice to arrive after February 7.

These property assessment notices serve as the foundation for the 2024 property tax calculation, scheduled for dispatch in May 2024.  Additionally, property owners have the convenience of accessing their assessment values online through Beaumont’s property search tool, providing an overview of the property's assessment, at their fingertips.

People with questions, can contact the City by email at or by calling 780-929-3306. Property owners have until April 15, 2024, to file an appeal if necessary.
