To facilitate repairs on the EPCOR water main serving Beaumont, the City is implementing a mandatory water ban for municipal operations and voluntary restrictions for residents to reduce non-essential water use, effective July 22, 2024.

The purpose of building inspections is to check for compliance with the Safety Codes Act, all related building codes, standards and applicable bylaws

New home inspection stages

It’s the responsibility of the property owner, builder or contractor to arrange for applicable inspections. Please review the table below for stages, type of inspection required, and key notes for each component.
