To facilitate repairs on the water main serving Beaumont, the City is implementing a mandatory water ban for municipal operations and voluntary restrictions for residents to reduce non-essential water use, effective July 22, 2024.

Construction Certificates

No hand written forms or fields will be accepted, except for the signature fields.

The CCC and FAC templates are electronic forms. The “highlight fields” should be completed using Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. The Engineering Department recommends that the form be downloaded from the website every time needed, as updates may occur.

The Construction Completion Certificate and the Final Acceptance Certificate must be submitted in an electronic format and on letter size (8.5 inches by 11 inches) paper, which allows for the City to write on and sign.

Certificate must be accompanied by a drawing showing the stage boundary in red color and the municipal improvement highlighted in a different colour.
