Property Assessment Notices

Property assessment notices will be sent on February 19. Property owners are encouraged to check their mail or email for the assessment notice.

What you need to do:

✔ Review your assessment notice carefully.

✔ Contact the City if you have any questions.

The assessment notice serves as the foundation for the 2025 property tax calculation, scheduled for May 2025.

Property owners have the convenience of accessing assessment values online through Beaumont’s property search tool, providing an overview of the property’s assessment.

The City of Beaumont assesses properties to maintain fair and equitable taxation. Assessment notices are based on the market value of the property as of July 31, 2024.

Property owners with questions can contact the City by email at taxes@beaumont.ab.ca or by calling 780-929-3306. Property owners have until April 28, 2025 to file an appeal if they disagree with their assessment.
