For the week of December 12 through December 18, 2022, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 58 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included 911 calls, assaults, assistance to the public, break and enter – residence, disobeying order of court, false alarms, Liquor Act, Mental Health Act, mischief – obstruct, moving and other moving traffic, other non-moving traffic, robbery – other offences, suspicious person/vehicle/property, theft under or equal to $5,000, traffic collisions, uttering threats against a person, and wellbeing checks.

The Beaumont RCMP conducted 37 traffic stops, resulting in six warnings and two violation tickets under the Traffic Safety Act.

The Beaumont RCMP staff would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and remind everyone to be safe over the holiday season and to drink responsibly. Beaumont RCMP will be conducting proactive checkstops. To report an impaired driver, call 911.
