For the week of December 5 through December 11, 2022, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 45 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included 911 calls, abandoned vehicle, animal calls, assaults, assistance to general public, break and enter-residence, Child Welfare Act, driving without due care or attention, failure to comply, false alarms, Firearms Act, flight from the police, fraud, Mental Health Act, mischief – obstruct, moving and other moving traffic, other non-moving traffic, impaired, traffic collisions, unauthorized possession of firearms, wellbeing checks, and suspicious person/vehicle.

The Beaumont RCMP conducted 17 traffic stops, resulting in two warnings under the Traffic Safety Act.

The Beaumont RCMP attended Brighten Up Beaumont. RCMP members, along with the City’s Municipal Enforcement Officers and members of Citizens on Patrol were able to engage with the public and take in the wonderful event.
