For the week of February 27 through March 3, 2023, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 35 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included 911 Act, assist general public, assist to Canadian provincial/territorial department, breach of peace, break and enter, criminal intelligence, dangerous driving, disturbing the peace, fail to comply probation order, fraud, identity fraud, items lost/found, Mental Health Act, mischief, impaired operation, other theft under, public mischief, suspicious person/vehicle, uttering threats, and wellbeing checks.  

The Beaumont RCMP conducted 35 traffic stops, resulting in four violation tickets and 30 warnings issued under the Traffic Safety Act.

The focus for the Alberta Crime Prevention Calendar for March is national fraud prevention. Watch for tips throughout the month of March, so that you don’t fall victim to fraud.
