For the weeks of February 4, 2024, through February 11, 2024, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 60 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included; 911 Act – offences only, abandoned vehicles, assistance to Canadian provincial/territorial department/agency, criminal harassment, disobeying court order, disturbing the peace, failure to stop or remain at accident, failure to attend court, false alarm, fraud, items lost/stolen, Mental Health Act, mischief – obstruct enjoyment of property, Motor Vehicle Act, municipal bylaw, other moving traffic violations, other theft under $5000, suspicious person/vehicle/property, theft of truck, traffic collisions, and wellbeing check.

The Beaumont RCMP conducted 39 traffic stops, resulting in 18 violation tickets and 21 warnings issued under the Traffic Safety Act.

Beaumont RCMP would like to remind everyone to lock their vehicle doors and not leave valuables in their vehicle. Valuables include items such as garage door openers, personal identification, electronics, and cash.
