Posted on: December 28, 2023 In the month of December, Beaumont RCMP have investigated at least 4 separate thefts from lockers at the Beaumont Sports and Recreation Centre. This series of thefts have targeted the men’s locker room and involved lockers that were secured. RCMP arrested two suspects however they were later release without charges and the investigation continues. In these cases, RCMP believe that the victims locker code was compromised by nearby onlooking suspects as it was being entered. Police would like to remind all locker room users that when entering your locker code ensure it is protected from nearby prying eyes.
