For the week of January 9 through January 15, 2023, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 36 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included 911 Act, assistance to general public, assistance to Canadian provincial, Child Welfare Act, fail to remain at the scene, failure to comply, fraud, harassing communication, Liquor Act, Mental Health Act, mischief, other moving traffic, missing person, property check, robbery with other offensive weapon, suspicious person/vehicle, and traffic collisions.

The Beaumont RCMP conducted 16 traffic stops. No warnings or violation tickets were issued.

Beaumont RCMP attended the Beaumont Library, where they had the opportunity to engage with seniors from Beaumont. A presentation was given on fraud prevention. This was a great opportunity for the attendees to hear about the different frauds and how to protect themselves. There was a great discussion and lots of questions answered!
