Posted on: April 4, 2023 For the week of March 27 through April 2, 2023, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 51 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included 911 Act, assault, assistance to Canadian Police (non- RCMP), assistance to Canadian provincial/territorial department/agency, break and enter, disturbing the peace, driving without due care or attention, fail to stop or remain at accident, failure to comply with undertaking, identity theft, items lost/found, Liquor Act, mischief- damage to property, mischief – obstruct enjoyment of property, municipal bylaws, other moving traffic violations, suspicious person/vehicle/property, theft, forgery, misuse of credit card, traffic collisions, and uttering threats. The Beaumont RCMP conducted 62 traffic stops, resulting in 10 violation tickets and 52 warnings issued under the Traffic Safety Act.
