For the week of May 1 through May 7, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 58 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included: animal calls, assault, Child Welfare Act, dangerous driving, disturbing the peace, fail to remain at accident scene, false alarms, Fire Prevention Act, fraud, identity fraud, Mental Health Act, mischief, impaired operation, missing persons, sexual assault, traffic collisions, Trespass Act, and Wellbeing Checks.

The Beaumont RCMP conducted 42 traffic stops, resulting in four violation tickets and 22 warnings issued under the Traffic Safety Act.

On May 18 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Beaumont RCMP are hosting a Coffee with a Cop to connect with community members at Starbucks at 6306 40 Street during National Police Week.   Coffee with a Cop is an opportunity to join your local RCMP officer for coffee and conversation.
