For the week of May 2-8, 2022, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 59 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included abandoned vehicle, animal calls, assault, assistance to general public, breach of peace, break and enter (other and residence), disturbing the peace, fail to stop/remain to accident, failure to comply, Firearms Act, fraud, identity fraud, indecent act, information file, mischief-damage to property, moving traffic-speeding, other moving and non-moving traffic, other provincial statues, other theft under $5,000, missing person, traffic collisions and wellbeing check.

The Beaumont RCMP conducted 39 traffic stops, resulting in two charges and five warnings under the Traffic Safety Act.

On June 22 at 7 p.m., Beaumont RCMP will be holding an in-person town hall at the Beaumont Community Centre (CCBCC). Staff Sergeant Dhaliwal will provide policing updates to the community. There will also be presentations from RCMP partners who work collaboratively with the RCMP to make the community safer.
