Posted on: June 8, 2022 For the week of May 30, 2022 to June 5, 2022, Beaumont RCMP responded to 54 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included assault, breach of peace; Child Welfare Act; Controlled Drugs & Substances Act; failure to attend court or surrender; failure to comply; false alarms; fraud greater than $5,000; Mental Health Act; mischief; moving, other moving and non-moving traffic; operation while impaired; person reported missing; sexual interference; suspicious person/vehicle/property; traffic collisions; uttering threats against a person; and wellbeing check.The Beaumont RCMP conducted 23 traffic stops, resulting in one charge and seven warnings under the Traffic Safety Act.Beaumont residents are encouraged to view the RCMP Crime Mapping tool HERE.The Beaumont RCMP encourages the public to report all criminal and suspicious activity.
