For the week of November 27, 2023, through December 3, 2023, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 56 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included; 911 Act – Other Activities, abandoned vehicle, assault, assistance to general public, assistance to Canadian police (non-RCMP), assistance to Canadian provincial/territorial department/agency, being unlawfully in a dwelling house, breach of peace, break and enter, criminal harassment, fail to stop or remain at accident, failure to comply with order/undertaking, false alarms, fraud, harassing communications, items lost and found, Liquor Act, Mental Health Act, mischief – damage to property, mischief – obstruct enjoyment of property, non-moving traffic – use of electronic handheld device, operation while impaired, other moving traffic violations, other theft under $5000, drug offences including trafficking, theft of truck, traffic collisions, uttering threats against a person, and wellbeing check.

The Beaumont RCMP conducted 82 traffic stops, resulting in 5 violation tickets and 77 warnings issued under the Traffic Safety Act.

The Beaumont RCMP is thrilled by the enthusiastic response to the previous positive ticketing colouring contest, that they are back with another one!
