For the week of October 24 through October 30, 2022, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 52 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included abandoned vehicles, assault, breach of peace, disturbing the peace, fail to remain at accident scene, fraud, items lost/found, mischief – damage to property, impaired operation, theft over $5,000, suspicious person/vehicle/property, shoplifting, traffic collisions, trespassing, and wellbeing checks.

The Beaumont RCMP conducted 38 traffic stops, resulting in 27 warnings under the Traffic Safety Act.

A member of the Beaumont RCMP had the opportunity to accompany the Beaumont Citizens on Patrol volunteer group to the ACOPA workshop and annual general meeting over the past weekend. The event provided training with guest speakers, who will help the volunteers be extra eyes and ears in Beaumont.
