Posted on: October 8, 2024 No need to leaf your yard waste behind! Our curbside brown bag yard waste collection is returning this fall to help you tidy up your outdoor spaces. There is no limit to the number of brown bags you can set out. Yard waste will be collected on these dates: Zone A pickup: October 21-25 Zone B pickup: October 14-18 What can go in your brown bags? Grass clippings Weeds Plants Compost Leaves Mulch What cannot go in your brown bags? Sod Plant pots or trays Pet waste Rocks or gravel Missed your pickup? No problem! If you miss your scheduled pickup or have more yard waste after your designated collection days, you can bring it to the Operations Facility (Monday to Friday, 1-4 pm) until November 1.
