Planning & Development Posted on: August 19, 2024 Dansereau Meadows NW-34-50-24-W4 Outline Plan Amendment and Land Use Bylaw Amendment (Redistricting) (OP-2024-01 and LUB-2024-03) The City of Beaumont has received an application to amend the Dansereau Meadows Outline Plan [pdf] and redistrict a portion of N.W. ¼ SEC. 34-50-24-W4M. Application overview The subject site is located south of Township Road 510 and east of Range Road 243. The application proposes to adjust the location of townhouse (medium density residential) land uses in the northern portion of Dansereau Meadows and make some minor adjustments to local roadways and alleyways in this same area. This proposal requires redistricting the proposed medium density residential lands from Conventional Neighbourhood (CN) District to Integrated Neighbourhood (IN) District. The proposal also requires an amendment to the Dansereau Meadows Outline Plan to reflect these land use changes and road circulation changes in mapping and the Land Use and Population Statistics Table found within the plan.
