Off-site levies, as set out in the Municipal Government Act, require new developments to pay their fair share of the costs to support growth in Beaumont.

Provides details of the considerations and expectations for how OSLs are assessed and collected in the City of Beaumont, and is intended to be read in conjunction with the Off-Site Levy Bylaw.
The purpose of this bylaw is to establish an off-site levy for land that is to be subdivided or developed. This replaces Bylaws 945-19/1008-22.
