Active Tax Notice Mar 16, 2023 12:00 am - ONGOING To ensure every property owner in Beaumont is assessed fairly each year, the City of Beaumont contracts an assessor to confirm existing conditions and/or upgrades to properties. Accurate Assessment Group (AAG) will send a letter and survey to 20 per cent of Beaumont property owners as part of a five-year cycle to reassess all properties in the city. Letters from AAG will be mailed on March 20. If you receive a letter and survey, please complete the survey and return it by May 23. Instructions for submitting the survey will be included in the letter you receive from the assessor. If you do not receive a survey in the mail, no action is required.
