Lane Closures on 50 Avenue

Starting November 11, the Ésprit development contractor will install a watermain and sanitary line along 50 Avenue to connect to the City’s infrastructure. Here’s what you need to know:

  • While there will be temporary lane closures on 50 Avenue, traffic on 50 Street and west of the Beaumont Community Centre will remain open.
  • A detour will be in place to maintain access to homes, businesses, and the Beaumont Community Centre during construction (see map).
  • Construction is expected to be completed by November 17, subject to weather and other unforeseen factors.
