Active Tax Notice Jan 31, 2023 12:00 am - ONGOING Beaumont property owners will receive their property assessment notices in the next few days, as they were sent on January 31. An assessment notice contains specific information about a property’s value and lays out the assessed value that is used to calculate each property owner’s fair share of taxes. All Beaumont property owners should review their assessment notices and can also access their assessment values online using Beaumont’s property search tool.
