Public Hearing notice Public hearing March 11, 2025 at 6 pm: The purpose of the proposed Bylaw 1064-25: Ruisseau Neighbourhood Townhouse Redistricting – Land Use Bylaw Amendment is to amend Bylaw 944-19 Our Zoning Blueprint: Land Use Bylaw by redistricting a portion of N.W. ¼ SEC. 27-50-24-W4, located south of 46 Avenue, between Range Road 243 and 66 Street. The land use district would change from Conventional Neighbourhood (CN) District to Integrated Neighbourhood (IN) District, as illustrated in the Ruisseau Redistricting Map [pdf].
