Active Public Hearing notice Public hearing February 25, 2025 at 6 pm: The purpose of the proposed Bylaw 1066-25: Élan Neighbourhood 1 East Commercial Parcel – Land Use Bylaw Amendment is to amend Bylaw 944-19 Our Zoning Blueprint: Land Use Bylaw by redistricting a portion of SE ¼ Sec. 33-50-24, located at 24306 Twp Rd 505, from Agricultural Holdings (AH) District to Commercial (C) District. This redistricting is for the east portion of a larger commercial site and will allow for development of low intensity commercial uses, in accordance with the Élan Neighbourhood Structure Plan.
