This work is part of the Élan development, with a contractor installing a watermain to connect to the City’s infrastructure. Here’s what you need to know: 🚧 Expect temporary lane closures on Township Road 505 and 50 Avenue, which may lead to some delays. 🚦 Minor traffic disruptions will also occur on Range Road 243 and 50 Avenue, but traffic will be maintained at all times. 🔀 Homes, the dog park, and West Rec park ball diamonds (see map) and other properties within the work zone will be accessible through detours. ⏳ Construction is expected to wrap up by early November, subject to weather and unexpected construction factors.
