A pedestrian detour will be available to maintain access to homes, businesses and nearby amenities. Work being carried out by the developer’s contractor includes: removing power poles, installing shallow utility structures, rehabilitating sidewalks, landscaping and setting up scaffolding for stucco work on the building. Construction is expected to be completed by August 31, subject to weather and other unforeseen factors.
