Booking policy: First day of registration up until 7 days before course starts

Cancellation policy:

• No refund if less than 7 days before course start date and time.
• Refundable if 7 days before course start date and time, minus the $10.25 administration fee.
• Transferable within the same session (ie. “Fall” or “Spring”) with at least 5 days before the program’s start date, pending availability (no fee).
• Medical withdrawal is allowed with proof of medical note, prorated for remaining classes at the time of notification.

CITY CANCELLED PROGRAMS: Programs with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled one week prior to the start date and the City of Beaumont reserves the right to cancel or change a program for any reason. A 100% refund or a pro-rated refund will be issued for City-cancelled programs.

Note: personal training sessions, private and semi-private lessons follow our booking and cancellation policies.

Booking policy: Last minute bookings are allowed, pending availability.

Cancellation/modification policy:

• No refund for cancellation if less than 14 days before booking start date and time.
• No modifications less than 14 days before booking start date and time.
• Full refund if 14 days before booking start date and time.

Booking policy: Pre-purchase is 30 days maximum

Cancellation policy (paid in advance):

• Not transferable.
• Not refundable.
• Exceptions made with proof of medical note or change of address.

Cancellation policy for recurring:

• Not transferable.
• Refundable once minimum term is met.

Purchase policy: Punch passes expire 2 years from the date of purchase.

Cancellation:

• Not refundable.
• Punch passes are transferable.
• Exceptions made with proof of medical note or change of address.

Booking policy: Bookings can be made by Plus Membership holders from 7 days in advance up until 2 hours before the class.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation of bookings can be made at least 2 hours prior to the class.
• If a member does not show up for three bookings within one year, they will be unable to continue to use the pre-booking service.
• Guests may cancel and reschedule their bookings on Click-It.

Booking policy: With the purchase of a Child Minding punch pass, parents and guardian can pre-book child care services in advance. Pre-bookings are only offered to those with Child Minding punch-passes (not drop-in users).

Cancellation policy: Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or withdrawals made within 24 hours of the booked time slot (unless a doctor’s note/medical certificate is provided).

While you can expect to have a safe and fun experience at the Beaumont Sport and Recreation Centre, there are precautions we can collectively take to ensure a great experience for all guests.

Theft prevention

Although our preventative measures decrease the chance of theft, it still happens. When visiting the BSRC, if possible, we encourage you to leave your valuables at home and follow the tips below to mitigate the risk of theft:

• Lock all belongings in lockers
• Cover your lock code when opening/closing lockers
• Double check your car is locked before visiting our facility
• Report suspicious activity to staff immediately

Use of recording devices

Please follow these guidelines when using personal recording devices (smartphone, camera, etc.):

• Prohibited use: Use of personal recording devices is strictly prohibited in change rooms/locker rooms.
• Privacy and permission: Exercise discretion and respect the privacy of others. Avoid capturing individuals without their consent.
• Limit disruption: Recording activities should not disrupt the normal functioning of the recreation centre, and equipment should not obstruct pathways or emergency exits.

Respectful behaviour

In our commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment, we expect all staff and guests to behaviour in a respectful manner. All employees and facility guests are entitled to enjoy a courteous and kind environment. Failure to conduct oneself respectfully may result in permanent removal from our facility.
