You and your whole family can enjoy arts and leisure programs, led by talented local artists and instructors. Our goal is to offer a variety of programming to fit our community. Learn a new craft, come with a friend! Stay active, gain skills and have enriching experiences…

Children and Teens

Programs: Kids of all ages can develop their skills and discover new interests!

Camps: We offer camp experiences for your child (ages 3-14 years old), all year long. There are full day and half day options, PD day camps, summer camps and school break camps. Try out themed camps, specialty camps (such as STEM and gaming) and sport skills camps. Our selection of camps grows every year!

Adult programs

Our adult arts and leisure programs cover a range of activities, education and skills!

  • Visual arts: painting (acrylics, oils and watercolours), printmaking
  • Textile arts: weaving, wool hooking, needle felting, quilting, wreaths
  • Singing
  • Dance
  • Self-care
  • First aid, firearms safety

For your child’s best experience at camp, please be aware of the following guidelines:

  • Children must be fully toilet trained. Parents will be contacted by phone to attend to any changing needs.
  • Parents/guardians are required to sign children in and out each day.
  • Please leave peanut butter and nut items out of lunches and snacks.
  • All classes begin and end at the times listed. Our doors will open at the start time of each camp, and programs will end promptly.
  • A parent will be contacted if they are later than 10 minutes after the program end time.
  • Art and craft sessions get messy, please dress your child in craft-friendly clothes.
  • Send your child to camp with:
    • sunscreen and a hat (in summer)
    • a water bottle,
    • items in a backpack, labelled with their name.
    • medical items like an epi pen for an allergy, or an inhaler for asthma.
  • Children should be capable of administration their own medication as Programs staff cannot.
  • Leave all electronic games and devices at home.

Any additional camp-specific information will be supplied by Programs staff.
